How Long can i expect to wait for my order?
Due to high demand we are currently working on a 2-3 week lead time from the time you order for ALL HEADLIGHT orders. ALL METALWORK orders and other products we work on a 3-4 week lead time from order placed. This is due to external factors such as powder coating and laser cutting. Please understand that we will constantly be working our best to get your order shipped ASAP!
Do you offer custom (to spec) Orders?
YES, If you can think of it we can make it. If your vehicle isn’t listed or you need a custom quote for snorkels or fabrication work, flick us an email at

Do You offer Warranty on Products
All headlights will have a 12 Month Warranty period.
We kindly request a detailed description of the issue along with supporting photos or videos to assist with your case. Please note that we are a small, Australian-owned and operated business that genuinely cares about our customers. We are committed to providing assistance whenever needed.
If the warranty claim requires returning the product via shipping, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs until the claim is resolved. Once the claim is reviewed, we will determine whether the warranty is applicable and whether you will be reimbursed for the shipping expenses.
According to our Terms and Conditions, GILLFAB does not warrant products that are perceived to be faulty upon arrival (unless damage occurs during shipping). By purchasing and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that all products are tested before being shipped. Therefore, any failures occurring during installation are considered to be due to user negligence.
How do i submit a warranty Claim
In order to submit a warranty claim please follow the following process. Email - Admin@gillfabindustries.com.au
Subject - Warranty (Order Number)
Text - Please describe the issue in full, any and all detail will help. We will also require sufficient photos and or videos.
After sending the email we will work with you to solve the issue ASAP..
